Cori has planned a 5 course tasting menu with each course paired with a Sandar & Hem wine at Persephone Restaurant. Award winning Sandar & Hem wines are the talk of the wine making community. The best vineyards of the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA are S&H’s targets for showing there stuff. Getting the best possible wine from the best vineyard is the key to their success. Chef Cori is keen to show off these wines with her pairing talent. Chef does not taste wines like a ‘wine expert’. Instead a taste of wine sets off an explosion of her culinary imagination.
