Triolo Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2022
The Triolo Vineyard lies in the Santa Clara Valley at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Warm days and cool nights create ideal growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes were were gently pressed in a horizontal bladder press and fermented at 55F in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic Fermentation was blocked to maintain the wine’s clean and refreshing texture.
We are excited to releasing this wine with the label designed and painted by Erin Gleeson, New York Times bestselling cookbook author, and all around delightful person who shares both our passion for local food and wine and the mission to build community around the table.
