HARVEST
The 2020 harvest is in full swing, and despite unprecedented challenges, we are excited to be working with fruit from several new incredible vineyards. Our new sites include the historic La Cresta Vineyard originally planted by Paul Masson in the early 1900s, at present-day Mountain Winery. The chardonnay from this site is fermenting in barrel and showing great promise for the future.

IN THE PRESS
We are honored to be featured in Antonio Galloni’s article – Santa Cruz Mountains: Wines of Breathtaking Pedigree, on Vinous.com.  In his glowing reviews of our 2018 wines he says:
“The 2018 Chardonnay Mindego Ridge is a wine of body and texture. There is plenty of the energy that distinguishes all of the Sandar & Hem wines.”

The 2018 Mindego Ridge Pinot Noir, which will be included in the fall club release, was given similar acclaim with Galloni writing:
“The 2018 is breathtakingly beautiful. This is an impressive debut.”

Cheers!
